Here's that picture of the Thai chili sauce I used. It's made by Mae Ploy - Thai Sweet Chili Sauce. You can find it at Asian grocery stores. I don't know if Central Market has it - in fact I doubt they have it. Anyway, it's not really used as a marinade. I think you just put it on rotisserie chicken and eat it, but I put it on everything. Watch out though, it has a lot of sugar in it.
